Responsibilities: Design and implement the end to end Pillar 2 reporting process and timetable, including selection of vendor for Pillar 2 tax compliance to include an improved process for CbC reporting Oversee the tax aspects of the Group's multi-jurisdiction entity rationalisation project, which will involve co-ordination with advisors and internal stakeholders, tax risk management and compliance Assist with a review and update of the Groups Transfer Pricing model, including development of operational transfer pricing process Provide training, updates and process documentation materials to the finance functions regarding the tax transformation projects Group tax reporting under IFRS, including review of tax packs prepared by overseas finance teams.
Oversee the UK compliance for the Group, working closely with external advisors and UK finance team, including preparation of tax notes for statutory accounts.
Assist with Group meeting its Senior Accounting Officer obligations, including documentation of tax policy and procedures, tax strategy and tax risk matrix.
Drive improvement processes for IR35 compliance, PSA reporting and controls for expense claims in conjunction with process owners Involvement in ad hoc tax project work Requirements: Direct Tax experience - experience dealing with International Tax as well as Pillar 2 an advantage Accountancy background ACA/ACCA/CIMA - an advantage Experience of managing change.
