The position of Warehouse Supervisor involves: Provide leadership and supervision, including operation debriefs with shift Team Leader and ensuring loading of vehicles is completed.
You will also be required to work closely with the transport teams to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
Coordination of activities including Holiday & Sickness cover planning, Operational communications, Health & Safety compliance and equipment maintenance.
Assisting with team brief topics and documentation.
Managing the equipment maintenance and service schedule for the operational equipment.
Investigating all queries, both internal and external.
Assisting in production of KPI's and daily statistics.
Essential skills required for Warehouse Supervisor: Previous experience of working in a similar role is essential and you should have a good working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
Willing to travel and provide local multi-site support as and when required.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
Attention to detail.
Working to deadlines.
Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
MS packages to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Salary for Warehouse Supervisor is between £31,000pa to £34,000pa, depending on experience.
Hours of work are: 06:00hrs - 18:00hrs, based on 4on 4off rota.
