As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards across all aspects of our organisation.
Support the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations and lead the team in their absence Bring our brand to life by inspiring and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences Act as a role model for the team, providing training, mentorship, and support for their professional development Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving efficiency and achieving business goals Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to enhance operations Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and budgeting processes Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to streamline operations Organise and participate in team meetings, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment #LI-AH1 Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a related industry Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment Keen eye for detail and commitment to upholding brand standards Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in business management Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle changing priorities Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders Resilience and composure under pressure, particularly during busy periods A positive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement TPBN1_UKCT
