The school look after students aged 6-19 with a range of special needs & disabilities but primarily look after students with SEMH & Complex Needs.
  The school are a unique environment that offer a bespoke curriculum for every single student.
The school are passionate about the welfare and inclusion of all of their students and put a big emphasis on collaboration across the school.
    The role   As previously mentioned, there are full-time & part-time roles available at the school.
The role is varied, providing general support inside & outside of the classroom.    Due to the needs of the students it is crucial that you have experience working with challenging behaviour, preferably within a school setting.
You must be calm, patient, positive, enthusiastic and a naturally good team player.
    Working with Long-term Teachers:   We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
