We are currently looking for a Content and Communications Coordinator to join our busy team in Cambridge or Chelmsford
As a Content and Communications Coordinator, you will take the lead in conveying our College's value proposition through innovative content creation and strategic communication.
Working closely with our University Partner and Shared Services, your role will encompass the development of marketing materials, management of social media platforms, and coordination of student attraction campaigns.
You will craft insightful communications to engage various customer segments throughout the student lifecycle, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.Hours of Work: Full-time, 12 month FTCContent and Communications Coordinator Requirements: Degree level study in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related sector qualifications/trainingIn-depth understanding of social media trends and online campaign activitiesAbility to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication effortsAbility to develop content for on and offline platformsDemonstrable experience of working to briefExperience of working with multiple stakeholders Desirable: Experience of working in a university environment in a marketing, communications or international functionA working knowledge of international social media platformsFront-line customer relationship management to multicultural clienteleAn effective knowledge of university pathway programmes and/or tertiary education Meet the Organisation: Who We Are and What We DoAt Navitas, we are an industry leader in providing managed campus services, pre-university, and university pathway programmes for both domestic and international students.
