You will take the company on a journey where there is scope to make changes, working with a social media budget of £18 million, exploring new markets and growing a team around you over time.
Responsibilities - Running the entire marketing strategy - Work on SEA/SEO & social strategies and loyalty programs - Oversee the loyalty programme, working to revolutionise the way in which the company is retaining a large customer base.
- Oversee and analyse performance and execution of marketing campaigns - Develop partnerships with 3rd parties - Collaborate with senior ecommerce leaders to develop a marketing strategy and plan Desired Experience - Able to be autonomous and have experience in ecommerce and loyalty programs - 5+ years of marketing experience - Strong analytical skills - A pragmatic individual that is excited about the challenge of launching a totally new area and driving impact within a very successful and profitable business This position is 1-2 days per week in Birmingham and paying up to £70,000.
