JOB DESCRIPTION We currently have a permanent full time opportunity for a Skilled Labourer to join us in Havant.
About the role.
As a Skilled Labourer, you will assist qualified trades personnel to carry out remedial works to a high quality, ensuring that a customer focused maintenance repairs service is delivered.
You will be working independently covering Havant and the surrounding areas and will be provided with a van and a mobile device so a full UK driving licence is essential.
To be considered for this vacancy, you must live within 30 minutes travelling distance of Havant to ensure we get to our customers in a timely manner.
What we're looking for We're a customer-focused organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do.
You'll have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.
Essential experience: Proven ability to carry out minor remedial building works to a competent standard such as (but not limited to), groundworks and painting.
Experience of working in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets.
Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
Ability to operate safely having considered any environmental circumstances and possible risks including working at height(s).
Must hold a current full UK driving licence.
Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours.
Desirable experience and qualifications: Health and Safety Knowledge.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Level II NVQ or relevant experience.
Experience of working within the social housing sector.
Experience of cleaning and clearing homes.
PASMA.

Your Welcome Bonus is payable in two parts.
£500 in your first month's salary and £500 when you pass your probation.
