The national team undertakes a broad range of work including complex and high value contractual disputes, tort, financial services disputes, professional negligence claims and company and shareholder disputes acting for both corporates and individuals.Some of the things we've been doing recently: Acting for a large medical supply company in respect of a significant procurement dispute,Advising a bank on a contested mortgage with a value of £1.5m.
We successfully secured an urgent without notice freezing injunction and recovered all of the sum owed plus a significant proportion of our client's costs;Advising a group of directors in respect of a multijurisdictional £150million plus claim for wrongful trading and breach of director duties;Advising a national sporting association in respect of various disputes with members.Representing a large transport company who had a dispute with a large retailer following various closures during the Covid-19 pandemic.Representing a private investor in a substantial professional negligence claim against their financial advisor.What We'll Need From YouWe're looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our successful team.
