The Role (Head Chef): As our Head Chef, youll be at the heart of Berlinkys culinary operation.
This is your chance to lead a passionate kitchen team, creating dishes that perfectly complement the venues electric atmosphere.
This is a hands-on role where your creativity and leadership skills will shine.
From menu development to sourcing quality ingredients, youll ensure every dish exceeds expectations while maintaining top standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities: Develop and execute a creative, high-quality menu that aligns with our brand.
Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes every time.
Oversee kitchen operations, including stock management, budgeting, and scheduling.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, licensing, and health regulations.
Work collaboratively with front-of-house teams to provide seamless service.

You should have: Proven experience in a Head Chef role or similar leadership position.
