We currently have a large and dynamic team working across Priory Adult Care and we are now looking to extend the team to support Health Care Bespoke Therapeutic Placements.
We're looking for professionals who are not only skilled in Positive Behaviour Support approaches, but also empathetic, resilient, and driven by purpose to improve the lives of the people we support.
The successful candidate will work closely with individuals receiving personalised support in individualised settings, alongside the hospital Multi-Disciplinary team.
Our PBS team is committed to the people we support, transforming lives by focusing on individual strengths, potential, and long-term success.
