Internal Sales Facades & Cladding Systems Job Title: Internal Sales Facades & Cladding Systems Industry Sector: Internal Sales, Sales Executive, Sales Support, Architectural Metalwork, Aluminium Cladding Systems, Rainscreen Cladding, Fixings, Steel Framework, Fastenings, Facades, Fixings for Facades, Building Envelope, Cladding, Curtain Walling, Insulation, Dry Lining, Dry-Lining, Facades Specialist, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, Curtain Wall Contractors, Rainscreen Contractors Location: Cannock Remuneration: £30,000neg + Bonus tbc Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package The role of the Internal Sales Facades & Cladding Systems will involve: Internal Sales position promoting a high quality range of architectural metalwork & fabrication such as: aluminium rainscreen cladding panels, faade systems, insulated panels, aluminium pressing Primarily selling into: rainscreen sub-contractors & curtain walling sub-contractors May have smaller interaction with main contractors and architects Working on projects in both the residential & commercial market sector on projects such as: hotels, universities, hospitals, hotels, office blocks etc Supporting the external sales team with client requirements & general administration There will also be an element of generating new business and qualifying sales leads before feeding back to the external team Project sizes range from £20k-£1m The ideal applicant will be Internal Sales Facades & Cladding Systems Facades with: Must have sales experience within the construction industry Ideally experience selling related systems for example: cladding, facades, rainscreen, architectural metalwork, curtain walling, insulation however this is not essential Excellent communication and negotiation skills Good time management skills, focused and customer service orientated IT Literate (Microsoft Office) Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Jobs, Construction vacancies and Specification positions within: Internal Sales, Sales Executive, Sales Support, Architectural Metalwork, Aluminium Cladding Systems, Rainscreen Cladding, Fixings, Steel Framework, Fastenings, Facades, Fixings for Facades, Building Envelope, Cladding, Curtain Walling, Insulation, Dry Lining, Dry-Lining, Facades Specialist, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, Curtain Wall Contractors, Rainscreen Contractors TPBN1_UKTJ
