You will join a team where your ideas will be welcomed and valued.  We're seeking a talented UX Engineer to develop and maintain our Webflow-based website and collaborate with UX teams across our organization to develop and implement a cohesive design system.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.  Role Responsibilities   Maintain and enhance our Webflow-based website, integrating our landing pages with our customer and partner journeys Work with UX teams to create and implement a company-wide design system  Develop reusable UI components and patterns  Ensure design consistency and best practices across digital products  Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers  Drive UX excellence and advocate for user-centered design principles  Requirements Proven experience in UX engineering with Webflow  Strong skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript/frameworks Experience creating and implementing design systems  Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and tools such as Vuejs  Excellent communication and collaboration skills  Ability to translate designs into high-quality code    This role requires a proactive individual who can drive UX initiatives across teams and champion user-centered design throughout the organization.  Benefits Competitive compensation 25 days holiday (exc.
