Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Neighbourhood Officer to join our team in Cheshire East.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of service and support.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work closely with residents to foster a sense of community and address any anti-social behaviour issues.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
Assist in the development and implementation of community initiatives and events.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to property management and resident interactions.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within housing or property management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of housing legislation and regulations is desirable.
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
