Job Opportunity: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Exmouth, Devon Contract Type: Full-time Salary: £100 - £110 per day   Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in the lives of young learners?    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dynamic school in Exmouth, Devon.
This full-time role offers the chance to work in an enriching and supportive environment where you can use your expertise to help students thrive.
  Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
Lead small group sessions and provide one-on-one support tailored to individual student needs.
Monitor and assess student progress, offering valuable feedback to support learning.
Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth.
Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate a range of abilities and learning styles.
Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide educational initiatives.
What We're Looking For: A recognised HLTA qualification or substantial experience in a teaching support role.
A strong grasp of the curriculum and effective teaching practices.
Proven experience in supporting children in a classroom setting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
A flexible, enthusiastic, and student-centred approach to education.
