Circa £29k to £32k DOE + Exciting uncapped commission package Reading Vanta Staffing is a local Recruitment Consultancy for logistics, industrial & commercial staffing solutions are now looking to strengthen their warm Driving desk with an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
As an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will; Providing temporary and permanent HGV & VAN driving staffing solutions to businesses throughout the Berks, Bucks, Hampshire and Surrey areas Maximise on sales & profitability by account penetration & new acquisitions Providing a consultative approach providing advice and market trends on the logistics industry highlighting Able to identify new areas of opportunity conducting feasibility studies to ensure profitability Understanding of the driving labour market and able to devise campaigns to uncover new talent Work within the current employment laws and driving employment compliances Hours of work, flexibility to suit, core business hours Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm & 8am – 5pm.
Typical starts, 7am to 4pm The successful experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant will enjoy; Salary circa £29k - £32k - Depending on experience Superb commission structure rewarding you for Permanent & Temporary business Cycle to work scheme, pence per mile Extended lunches for health and wellbeing, half days hols for birthdays Fun vibrant and energetic company The chance to develop with a progressive, successful company with an aggressive 5 year business plan adding more locations to the VANTA brand (could you open up a new branch?)
