In return we will support your development and enhance your skills.You will be monitoring and managing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to infrastructure tools such as Active Directory, Office365, Microsoft Entra.
Can you manage minor projects in more agile but controlled manner by ensuring documentation, handover is completed successfully?Key Deliverables and AccountabilitiesCollaborating with the internal Infrastructure Engineering Team, Architecture Team to understand the strategy and pipeline of upcoming projects.Configuring and managing cloud infrastructure and services such as Azure.Monitoring system and performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and reliability.Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, including provisioning and configuring virtual machines, containers, and storage solutions.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in operational infrastructure team.Documenting process and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.Working actively in building cloud infrastructure closely with Infrastructure Engineering Team.Collaborating with the technical leads and partners to implement solutions and modernize working methods.Key SkillsSolid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls.Solid understanding around scripting and the IAC, Github, Terraform environment.Knowledge of security best practices and the ability to implement security controls at the infrastructure level.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to solve real-world technology challenges.Results-driven, proactive, and an analytical approach to challenges.Meticulous and deadline conscious.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage several projects simultaneously.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another relevant field or equivalent.Microsoft Azure CertificationITIL Foundation v3/v4Personal AttributesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively tailor communication of technical issues to various audiences.Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate teams.Team player.
Experience of breaking down silos and creating shared visions.Comfortable with managing uncertainty, ambiguity and change to make decisions and recommendations.Drive, resilience, focus and energy with high level of emotional intelligence.
