Tasks Mission for Breakfast Cook We are looking for driven and passionate individuals to do the preparation seasoning and cooking of breakfast whilst complying with policies on quality and food hygiene. Planning and pricing menu items ordering supplies and supervising activities of kitchen assistants and workers are also among the responsibilities of this role. Outcomes Preparing and cooking foods of all types in the quantity Checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure the standards are checked Supervising and coordinating activities of kitchen assistants and workers Work with head cook on food presentation and creating decorative food displays Maintaining good health and hygiene standards Competencies Great cooking skills Attention to detail Leadership and management skills Organization skills Communication skills Ability to work under pressure Innovative Requirements Requirements Prior experience in food service industry Food safety certification Able to work weekends and holidays Other skills Efficiency Honesty/integrity Attention to detail Enthusiasm High standards Flexibility Documents ID Card Proof of Address
