Key responsibilities include: Ensuring product and process quality meets and exceeds industry standards.
Leading non-destructive testing (NDT) activities and ensuring compliance with best practices.
Investigating and resolving quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
Collaborating with engineering and production teams to embed a culture of quality.
Implementing and maintaining compliance with certifications such as ISO 9001.
Providing guidance and support to teams across the business to improve operational standards.

Essential qualities include: Experience: A solid background in quality assurance within manufacturing, engineering, or production environments.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) and the ability to analyse and resolve quality issues.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Expertise in root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and influence positive change.
Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar industry certifications.
This role is particularly suited to someone with a few years of experience who is ready to step into a leadership position.
