Within this position your main duties will include: Reactive and per planned maintenance where required Remedial and inspection work.
Answering queries, reporting any defects and keeping the client informed of site activities.
Be able to provide general building maintenance necessary Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs and inspections.
