You will take ownership of key decisions throughout the entire lifecycle of the platform.
We expect you to bring a drive for learning and continuous improvement, introducing new ideas, technologies, and methodologies to enhance team performance.
A crucial aspect of your role will be fostering the success and growth of the team by sharing knowledge, promoting lessons learned, and staying up to date with industry trends.
As a leader, you will demonstrate your leadership capabilities through effective task management, mentoring, and line management, empowering your team to excel.
