An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Year 1 Teacher to join a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Chesham .
This role offers the chance to work in a supportive environment where creativity and innovation are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Year 1 curriculum Support the development and well-being of students Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning Engage with parents and carers to support students' progress Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment The ideal candidate will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Previous experience teaching Year 1 (preferred but not essential) A passion for working with young children and fostering a love of learning Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team A proactive and flexible approach to teaching The school offers: A friendly and supportive school community Opportunities for professional development and career progression A well-resourced and modern teaching environment A competitive salary and benefits package This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and caring teacher with a passion for education.
