This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing e-commerce jewellery brand based in the UK.
We're looking for an experienced paid ads graphic designer to work directly alongside our founders in crafting performance creatives (statics, GIFs, and motion graphics) for Meta advertising.
REQUIREMENTS (**If you do not have this experience, please don't apply**) Minimum 2 years experience designing performance creative ads for an e-commerce brand(s) Minimum 2 years experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad designs SKILLS Incredible attention to detail Able to adapt and apply our brand guidelines to your work Turn marketing goals into bold, engaging, and on-brand ads that drive conversions Knowledge of platform-specific creative requirements (Facebook, Instagram) A thorough understanding of Calm Collective's target market A growth mindset - taking pride in your work and always looking to improve Innovative in your approach to design Time management skills (no deadline can be missed)
THE JOB You will be delivering new creative concepts and iterations on a weekly basis to be tested in Meta Ads Manager.
Your deliverables will vary from PNGs, GIFs, and short-form video motion graphics.
Weekly project-based work - starting around 8 hours per week This role will be on a freelance basis Delivering weekly creative batches Hourly rate depending on experience Scope for this role and hours to scale as the business grows THE APPLICATION PROCESS To apply, please send your CV and a link to your portfolio showcasing the best performance creative ads you've built for e-commerce brands.
