Shopper and Consumer Data Analyst Glasgow, Scotland Hybrid Working A rapidly growing Glasgow-based company is seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities : Understand business needs and translate them into actionable analysis.
Develop and deliver engaging online surveys to gather meaningful consumer insights.
Manage the full lifecycle of insight reporting, from data cleaning to visualization and presentation.
Create insightful, impactful data reports to solve client challenges.
Apply statistical methods to model and predict consumer behaviour Provide insights and propose solutions to optimize company operations.
Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Ideal Candidate Will Have: Strong numerical, logical, and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent organizational abilities, handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Experience with research methodologies and creating online surveys.
Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools (e.g., Excel or similar).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
Creativity, curiosity, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Experience or knowledge of the FMCG industry (preferred but not essential).
