We are currently recruiting for a Duty Supervisor to work as part of our Head Office Team in Bolton.Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, You will be ensuring the Operations of the business are kept running smoothly over the weekend.
You will be expected to maintain high level of customer service, professionalism and ensuring that ExcluSec Professional Standards are maintained at all times.This is a full time role working 20 hours Office based and the remaining hours operationally in the field.
Hours:44 hours per week20 Hours Office based (Saturday and Sunday 08:00 - 18:00)Remaining 24 Hours operationally in the fieldOvertime available Pay & Benefits£13.00 rising to £13.50 on successfully passing probation period (3 months)WagestreamEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)The RoleAnswering the telephone and dealing with any queries in a prompt and efficient mannerMonitoring, Managing and responding to emails via our email ticketing systemReviewing hand over reports, dealing with any issues and if required, referring to the relevant teamManaging and scheduling of rosters using workforce management software, ensuring all staff are scheduled for their shifts correctly including all periods of sickness, blow outs, no shows, and any other short notice absences are covered promptly with suitable staff.Completion of vehicle inspectionsReporting all impending shortfalls in cover to the Service Delivery Support teamTo complete concise, and accurate written reports of all incidents occurring within the shift and undertake any necessary follow up action as requiredLiaising closely with the Service Delivery Manager/Director as requiredFollowing correct policies and procedures at all timesMonitoring and responding to control room alertsIssuing the correct equipment and uniform to staff and logging it via the correct processProviding information in a timely manner to ensure KPI's can be completedLiaising with our network provider in relation to response activitiesCovering front line operational shiftsCarrying out all other duties commensurate with the roleDue to the nature of the role, weekend working is essentialExperience of working in a similar environment or relevant experience is essential.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is essential.Excellent organisational skills is essential.Excellent attention to detail is essential.Ability to manage multiple tasks is essential.Microsoft Office competent is essential.The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.Computer literacy and the ability to use various software systems is essential.An organised and methodical approach to working is essential.Ability to manage time effectively and deal with conflicting priorities is essential.Ability to be pro-active and use own initiative is essential.The ability to work to deadline is essential.Ability to remain calm under pressure is essential.SIA License in Door Supervision is essential.Eligible to work in the UK is essential.Have a 5 year verifiable work history is essential.Taking pride in your appearance as well as representing the ExcluSec brand at all times is essential.Full UK Driving License (Manual) is essential.An NVQ Level 3 or above in Spectator Safety (or similar) is preferredA Valid SIA License in CCTV is preferredPlease Note: If you do not meet the essential criteria for this role listed apply, please do not apply.Employment with The ExcluSec Group is subject to satisfactory references and security screening in accordance with BS7858.
