Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers.
Source new business opportunities and generate leads.
Provide outstanding support to brokers and clients throughout the loan process.
Collaborate with the existing team of BDMs to ensure high service standards.
Contribute to meeting and exceeding growth targets.
