As a Spa Receptionist you will: Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Answer phone calls, book appointments, and respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage spa reservations and ensure accuracy of booking information.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the spa reception area Process payments accurately.
Provide information about spa services, promotions, and products to guest.
Assist with administrative tasks such as pool checks, health and safety and inventory management.
Collaborate effectively with other spa team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Adhere to spa policies and procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests.
