Business Systems Analyst Southampton Hybrid working £65,000 to £75,000 Bonus & benefits Business Systems Analyst required to join growing IT product solution team based from the companys Southampton office.
Youll be joining an established technical team responsible analysing existing processes/software and implementing new client and entity management system (Viewpoint) into the business.
Youll play a key role in leveraging modern technology to adapt and improve business processes and delivery.
Responsibilities will include: Business application and Systems Analysis, identifying functionality improvements for the company systems Playing a significant role in leading systems/application implementations and transformations Troubleshoot technical issues when required, escalated any major issues to the senior management team Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party Suppliers and Senior stakeholders Essential skills and experience: Strong technical understanding with experience with ViewPoint Entity Management software Previous experience of working as Business Application / Systems Analyst, Project Engineer, Technical Analyst or similar Previous system/application implementation experience Strong understanding of requirements gathering and management Ability to follow set governance and relevant Agile processes Desirable: Ability to mentor less experienced team members when necessary Professional Services industry experience such as finance, legal, banking etc.
