We are seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team, supporting students with a range of special educational needs.

Roles & responsibilities Assisting students with learning tasks, providing tailored support and encouragement.
Implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviour effectively.
Providing emotional and social support to students who are experiencing difficulties.
Facilitating communication and interaction, using a variety of methods and strategies.
Demonstrating patience, understanding, and empathy in all interactions with students.
Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of students.
Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Attending team meetings to discuss individual student progress and support plans.
