College Student Administrator (Part time)This role is paramount to ensuring the smooth running of the busy front office.
The client is going through lots of positive changes, and this is a great time to join the team and be part of the journey.Role ResponsibilitiesThis role will be busy and varied and will include but not be limited to:Managing reception, the phones and the general front entrance areaMeeting and greeting all students, guests and visitorsLiaising with internal teams and ordering office suppliesActing as a host and fire marshalAdministration support and monitoring CCTVEnsuring all student safeguarding regulations are metAssisting with events, meetings, functions and toursRewards28 days holiday + bank holidaysFree onsite meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)Enhanced maternity and paternity leaveExtensive calendar of social eventsOpportunity to progress over timeEAP schemeCycle to work schemeFull training, onboarding and induction.

You will need excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to learn quickly.
You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have strong planning and coordination skills.
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and protocols are highly important along with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Familiarity of, and experience in office management and reception work within a commercial or education setting and a customer service orientated professional outlook are vital.
