ERP Solution Architect / Lead Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect / Solution Architect - Oracle Fusion Our client are kicking off a greenfield ERP transformation programme and are moving to Oracle Fusion, they're looking for a Lead Solution Architect with good Oracle Fusion experience to help drive this forward from an Architectural and Design perspective.
The Oracle Fusion ERP Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Fusion ERP solutions that align with the organization's business objectives.
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that ERP systems are effectively integrated and optimized to support business processes.
The Solution Architect will provide technical leadership and strategic direction for ERP projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable, Skills and experience: Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain the overall Oracle Fusion ERP architecture, ensuring it meets business requirements and technical standards.
Design scalable and flexible ERP solutions that can adapt to changing business needs.
Create detailed technical specifications and architectural diagrams.
Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Ensure seamless data migration and system integration across various platforms.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that customizations and extensions are properly implemented.
Managing Business Requirements: Manage the interlock of business requirements into successful application of technical design, configuration, and build.
Ensure that business needs are accurately captured and reflected in the technical solutions.
Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion ERP technologies and industry trends.
Promote the adoption of best practices and standards in ERP development and implementation.
Expert Knowledge: Possess expert depth of knowledge of Oracle Fusion configuration and processes.
Successfully interpret requirements and identify potential risks or issues.
Ensure that solutions are designed and implemented with a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion capabilities and limitations.
Data Architecture: Develop and maintain logical and physical data models to support Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
Ensure data architecture aligns with business requirements and technical standards.
Work with data architects and database administrators to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
Skills and experience: Extensive experience in ERP solution architecture and implementation, specifically with Oracle Fusion ERP.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with other enterprise applications.
Proficiency in system integration, data migration, and customization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills: Certification in Oracle Fusion ERP or related technologies.
Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Familiarity with business process modeling and reengineering.
