The Role As an Immigration Solicitor, you will provide expert advice and representation on a wide range of immigration matters, including: Family immigration cases, including spouse and partner visas, and applications for dependant relatives.
Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and British Citizenship applications.
Complex cases under the Global Talent and High Potential Individual (HPI) schemes.
EU Settlement Scheme matters and private life or human rights applications.
Visitor, student, and Youth Mobility Scheme (T5) visas.
Immigration appeals and judicial reviews.
