Role Summary Are you a Newly Qualified band 5 registered nurse or an experienced nurse that is looking for your next career move?

As a Band 5 Community Nurse you will be providing high quality nursing care to patients in South Molton area.
You will be promoting the health of this population and reducing the effects of ill health, disability and maximising the individual's potential for independence.

More detail about the role You will be supported by our team of experienced district nurses to ensure you reach a very high standard of clinical knowledge, skills and experience.
We will also support you by providing further career developmental opportunities to become our aspiring future leaders.
