Job summary EPRR Administrator, Band 3, Permanent role We have an exciting opportunity for a EPRR Administrator to join The System Coordination Centre (SCC), Devon Resilience and EPRR team.
The System Coordination Centre (SCC), Devon Resilience and EPRR team is a key high-profile service delivered by NHS team are the first point of contact for healthcare providers across Devon (including Ambulances, Mental Health, Community, Trusts and more) to provide system emergency and incident support, when required.
In this role you will provide administration support to the EPRR function and work flexibly to support a range of priorities.
Delivering an effective and competent level of administrative support to the team.
Consistently delivering a "client-focused" service which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.
About you... We are looking for an individual that has demonstrable experience of working in an administrative environment and with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
This is a fast paced role and it's important that you are able to work on your own initiative and be organised.
However, what is most important is that you are willing to learning as full training will be given.
Main duties of the job This role will provide administration support to the EPRR function and work flexibility to support a range of priorities, as required, within these areas.
To deliver an effective and competent level of administrative support to the team.
Consistently deliver a "client-focused" service which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.
Act as first administrative point of contact for the team/directorate, communicating relevant information to stakeholders, referring to others as appropriate.
Manage team mailboxes, responding to requests and queries in a timely manner.
Word processing documents, letters, emails, minutes and reports when required.
Responsible for organising meetings for the team and planning any administrative work as required.
Produce and circulate agendas and papers for meetings.

Keyboard skills with a high degree of accuracy for minute taking and data input.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook.
Knowledge or experience of minute taking or note taking skills or willing to learn.
Educated to NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience.
Desirable Experience of working in a health care environment Understanding of Data Protection legislation Communication Skills Essential Clear communicator with good writing, data entry and telephone skills.
