More about your role
This role is within Places for People Developments, Scotland Region, and will be based at our office at Chapelton, just south of Aberdeen.
Our flagship developments in North Scotland are the large new communities at Chapelton and at Tornagrain, near Inverness.
We have a number of other live and future housing developments in Aberdeen city, Aberdeenshire and Inverness.
We have a well-established multi-disciplinary team at Chapelton that is supported by regional colleagues.

We are looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor with the desire to develop with us.
You will initially be working on the recently started Phase 4 of Chapelton, which will be built over the next 4 years.
