Finance Analyst

Rentokil Initial Finance Analyst Up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience with quarterly bonus of up to £750 per quarter Full Time - Permanent Hybrid Working 5 days per month in the office Rentokil Initial, a FTSE100 company, is one of the largest business service companies in the world comprising a number of global brands including Rentokil, Initial and Ambius.
In the UK we have 10 businesses covering a range of business services from pest control, washroom hygiene, specialist cleaning, interior plants through to property preservation & dental & clinical waste management.
We are currently recruiting for an Finance Analyst that will be responsible for reporting on our marketing spend & sales analysis Financial reporting; Delivery of accurate and timely management information: Daily and weekly reporting of sales information.
Monthly reporting of key account and local sales, along with regular performance reviews with sales management.
Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management.
To provide commentary and investigate changes in management information to add value to reports and aid understanding of changing business performance.
To respond to queries with data accuracy and follow up with investigations of data sources where required.
To change and adapt management information as required to meet business needs.
To provide Budgeting, Forecasting and Planning support to the Financial Controller and the  management accountant.  To provide assistance and support to the  Management Accountants to ensure the accuracy of accounting information.
To actively support the Finance Team in the successful delivery of key business initiatives and projects.
Analysis Maintain open and good relations with the area sales director, operations directors and the branch managers.  Support  their understanding of key financial processes and measures, and their role in providing timely and good quality information to support business processes.
Challenge and develop their understanding of commercial performance measures and suggest ways to improve.
Provide assistance and support to their reporting and data needs to manage their business.
Understand challenges, customer and business performance issues that are specific to individual areas.
Provide explanation and understanding of Budget targets to branch managers, and collate feedback to Finance of key issues.
