We respond to the needs of this service 24 hours a day.
This includes a 12 hour day shift 8am-8pm and a lone night shift 8pm-8am.
Each resident has their own additional support with a dedicated team member.
This support is built around enabling people to maintain their own home for example working together with housework and cooking tasks.
Making and attending appointments for their physical and mental health.
Experiencing their local community and what it can offer in terms of social activities.
All the essential support provided from the team at this core and cluster model can support people to maintain their physical and mental health.
