Lincoln, United Kingdom Active Care Group Full time

Come and join one of the UK's largest providers of complex care.
We proudly employ over 4000+ people - no matter what your experience, we have jobs for everyone.
Are you a compassionate Clinical Psychologist dedicated to making a real difference in patients' lives?
At The Laurels, we are committed to supporting individuals through their recovery journey, creating a profound and lasting impact.
Located just two miles from the historic city of Lincoln, The Laurels provides specialist neurological rehabilitation and support to patients with acquired and traumatic brain injury, severe neurological conditions, complex stroke, and spinal cord injury.
Our team are focused on transforming lives by guiding residents through their most challenging times toward full rehabilitation and renewed independence.
One of our most inspiring success stories is that of Tosin, who joined us following an eight-month coma brought on by a seizure.
When Tosin arrived, her only means of communication was through blinking, but with the compassionate support and dedication of our team, she embarked on an extraordinary path to recovery.
Through tailored, individualised care, Tosin reconnected with her faith, began attending weekly church services, and even brought the lively spirit of Afrobeat music into the unit, often sparking spontaneous dance sessions with staff and fellow residents.
With our guidance, Tosin overcame incredible challenges, ultimately regaining her independence and reuniting with her family in Grenada.
Her journey highlights the exceptional quality of care, personal support, and steadfast commitment that we extend to each of our patients.
Join The Laurels as a Clinical Psychologist and play a pivotal role in helping our patients achieve meaningful recoveries.
This position emphasises a patient-centred approach focused on supporting individuals through each stage of their rehabilitation journey, with a particular commitment to successful outcomes that support family reunification and long-term community integration.
With the position being one day per week, it is well-suited to individuals with other commitments, such as additional employment, training, and/or personal obligations, offering a flexible work arrangement.
This role provides a unique opportunity to showcase and further develop neurorehabilitation skills and knowledge, while also allowing the freedom to explore other specialties and client groups.
Be a part of life-changing outcomes at The Laurels.
Apply today to help shape recovery stories like Tosin's and enable more patients to return to their communities and families with confidence.
