We are looking for a Helpdesk Co-Ordinator to join the team based at our Whitley Office, near Fareham, with core working hours split between 3 days Monday, Wednesday and Friday ideally.
Flexible start times and finish times between 7:30am-9:30am and 4:30pm-6:30pm.
Please note: This role will be an 11 month FTC.
The Telecoms Help Desk team is a key component of a large FM Telecoms contract and is seeking to expand our current team who are currently delivering exceptional service in a high paced competitive market.
The main responsibilities will be to manage incoming demand for the reactive and compliance workflow.
This will be via phone calls, system generated jobs and manual call logging, to meet SLA and compliance requirements.
Other duties include but are not exclusive to;- Mailbox management for reactive and remedial works.
Ensuring job creation conforms to standards and are actioned within prescribed time frames.
Manage compliance remedials for the maintenance regime.
You should be an analytical thinker, self motivated and wanting to thrive in a demanding environment.
Someone who is a team player with help desk/FM experience or telecoms experience would be ideal.
You will also display skills & Behaviours including :- Logistical and problem solving skills Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and multi-task Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, within all levels of the business and to external parties Willing to learn new skills and take opportunities to expand quality of service Knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM system Experience of working in a Help Desk or Compliance environment A knowledge of the hard services, facilities management and telecoms sectors is essential Educated to A Level standard or equivalent business is desirable If this sounds of interest please hit apply Our market-leading offering provides you with benefits that suit your lifestyle.
