Due to ongoing growth and success, we're pleased to be hiring a Senior-Level Recruitment Consultant who will join our team in Belfast.
The Opportunity As a member of our team, you'll have full autonomy to run your own desk, focusing on the growing technology market in Ireland.
You'll have the opportunity to build out a team of your own, with options in the future to work in any of our international offices.
Typical responsibilities will include- Sourcing candidates and creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, prepping candidates for interviews, and ensuring a smooth experience Scheduling interviews and providing feedback Building relationships with both candidates and clients, and providing market insight Generating new business through cold calling, chasing leads and research Why Reperio?
You'll have the opportunity to manage our own niche market, focusing on one of the fastest growing industries in the world We offer one of the strongest commission structures in NI and Ireland, where you can earn up to 35% of your monthly billings, and this is paid to you monthly - the biggest commission one person has made in one month currently stands and 24K
You can expect bonuses for hitting targets/ milestones and we reward hard work with travel incentives - some of the teams have travelled to Tampa Florida, Nashville and Copenhagen so far this year We offer all expenses paid annual company trips for the whole company - this year Lisbon
