What we're looking for: Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid HCPC registration Experience: Previous experience as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist or above within the UK, Assessment and Planning Skills: Strong abilities in assessment, planning, and risk management, with a focus on personalised, outcome-based care.

Empowering Staff Through Training: Deliver training to the wider care team to enhance care quality and ensure consistent, effective support for residents.
Professional Supervision and Support: Receive a thorough induction and ongoing support, meeting regularly with the Head Occupational Therapist and other OT colleagues for guidance and supervision.
