Job Description Scantec Recruitment are working in partnership with a global FMCG Manufacturer to find a Senior Production Shift Manager to work within their Manufacturing Ops team.
This is a senior role within the site Operations team and it's a fantastic business who can offer genuine career development opportunities.
Reporting to the Site Manufacturing Manager, your role as Senior Shift Manager will be to manage your shift team to deliver business KPI's and day to day operational goals and deliverables.
Hours of work: 4on, 4off, 12 hour shifts 2x days / 2x nights, 6-6 3x blocks followed by a 10x day break Benefits: 25 days annual leave Bonus Scheme Group Personal Pension Scheme Life Assurance Group Income Protection Cycle to Work scheme Onsite Canteen Production Shift Manager - Summary of key responsibilities: Act as key representative of business for all operational matters – Safety, Quality, Delivery and People Lead and manage Shift Teams in line with Company procedures Drive performance of team members, giving direction and feedback to ensure good performance.
Develop team in line with business expectations and standards including the development of cross functional teams and skills.
