Highpoint Prison offers Free parking Free use of an on-site large gym Career Development / Training opportunities Hours This role is a permanent based on hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - with some weekends / Bank Holidays Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary between £42, £47,;per annum FTE - depending on experience.

You will Have responsibility for a caseload and be accountable for all aspects of delivering a nursing service for adults with learning disabilities/ challenging behaviour, within the criminal justice setting.
Be working with adults whose behaviours have resulted in their offending and coming into contact with the criminal justice system Work with the multi-disciplinary team to undertake person centred specialist behavioural assessments, planning and co-ordination of positive non aversive behavioural approaches to service users.

Qualifications & Experience required Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities / NMC Evidence of Continued Professional Development Substantial experience working with adults with Learning disabilities with a range of clinical presentations Evidence of working Learning disability health within a community or inpatient setting.
Evidence of use of a range of standardized and non-standardized behavioural assessment tools supporting clinical reasoning Secure environments are one of the most challenging, yet rewarding places for healthcare professionals to work.
