Key Responsibilities: Engage and Educate: Deliver engaging training sessions, tailored to different learning needs, to ensure all learners achieve successful outcomes.
Drive Engagement: Participate in open evenings, taster days, and other recruitment activities to boost enrolment and meet team targets.
Build Relationships: Work closely with employers to maintain and grow our client base, ensuring progression opportunities and successful program outcomes.
Quality Assurance: Play a key role in our quality improvement processes, including observations, work sampling, and enhanced reviews, to maintain high standards across all training programs.
Professional Development: Lead and support internal quality assurance activities to ensure our team is continuously improving.
