Job Purpose: Provide outstanding technical services using low code or pro code technology as a lead consultant to clients and contribute to the success of HSO's Application Platform.
Key Responsibilities Work as part of a team on larger client-facing engagements or as an individual technical leader on smaller engagements Design cloud architectural designs Take responsibility for the delivery of technical capabilities to clients, either at the project, solution, or feature level Facilitate or support client-facing consulting services such as cloud assessments, workshops, and co-design sessions Provide expertise in platform management, application lifecycle management, security, and user empowerment Further develop and maintain your own technical expertise, and share that expertise with junior colleagues as a mentor or producer of best practices and intellectual property Provide technical pre-sales support to HSO sellers and their clients when needed (e.g. technical presentations to clients, development and presentation of demos, preparation of design and proposal documentation, etc.) Experience and Skills Essential A strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and personal responsibility for your work Collaborating effectively with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders The drive and self-sufficiency to work independently, translate goals into action, own the success of your area of work, support and seek support from colleagues when needed A passion for Microsoft cloud technologies including Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Strong client-facing skills, empathy, and ability to guide clients through challenging problems Over 5 years of technical experience in consulting or customer settings working with Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CE, Azure, or Microsoft 365 application development, integration, and/or infrastructure solutions Direct experience designing, building, and delivering Microsoft Dataverse solutions People Management: Lead Consultants typically don't have permanent management duties but may oversee junior consultants on the same project.
Location: This will be predominantly a remote-based role but you will be expected in office or on client site as and when required. (Our UK offices are in Manchester, Reading, and Glasgow.)
