We are delighted to represent a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join their Birmingham office.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS), you'll work on a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors such as Retail, Commercial, Residential, Education, and Industrial.
With a nationwide presence and some projects extending overseas, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile developments across all RIBA stages, both pre- and post-contract.
With over a decade of successful operation, this consultancy is known for its stability, strong structure, and commitment to employee growth.
They actively invest in developing their team, providing excellent opportunities for career progression as the business continues to expand.
The ideal candidate will have previous consultancy experience and either hold MRICS accreditation or be actively working towards it (although this is not essential).
A willingness to travel for projects and the ability to commute to Birmingham are required.
