Job Opportunity: Deputy Nurse Manager Lisburn £23.75 Per Hour (Paid Breaks) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our exceptional care team in Lisburn.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £23.75 per hour, paid breaks, and the opportunity to work 36 hours per week in a supportive, professional environment.
Role Overview As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Nurse Manager to ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care.
You will lead by example, providing clinical and managerial support while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Leadership: Support the Nurse Manager in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the care facility.
Clinical Excellence: Oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care, maintaining the highest clinical and safety standards.
Team Development: Mentor, support, and motivate the care team, ensuring professional growth and development.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and statutory requirements, promoting a culture of compliance and best practice.
Resident Care: Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their needs and preferences are at the heart of all care decisions.
Operational Support: Assist in rota management, staff training, and resource planning to optimize care delivery.
What Were Looking For NMC Registration: Active, valid registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult).
Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within a healthcare setting.
Clinical Expertise: Strong clinical skills and knowledge of care regulations and standards.
Leadership Ability: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a care team.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a patient-focused approach.
Right to Work: Full Right to Work in the UK is essential.
