Vice President Of Commercial

Job Summary As VP Sales & Commercial, your main duty will be to plan, develop and implement commercial and sale strategies based on company targets and objectives; with the main goal of supporting and accelerating growth across our European markets.
The role will be responsible for leading and managing the strategy across all sales channels, including professional, consumer, wholesale and distribution; throughout Europe.
The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in retail, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Role Outline & responsibilities Commercial Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue growth targets and enhance profitability.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, as well as track competitor activity to develop effective strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Implement new customer acquisition strategies.
Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and foster increased customer loyalty.
Collaborate with and coordinate teams such as sales, marketing and customer service.
Track, measure and analyse commercial performance using KPIs.
Manage budgets and financial performance metrics to ensure that commercial activities are aligned with the overall business strategy.
Identify and assess new business opportunities to diversify the company's revenue streams and improve its market position.
Sales Channel Management Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for all brands across the European market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales channel leaders; collaboratively developing and executing effective sales strategies ensuring leaders are aligned with the company's objectives to achieve revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across Europe, ensuring alignment with Group goals and objectives.
Evaluate market trends and competitor actions to pinpoint potential opportunities.
Implement promotional and marketing activities to boost partner sales.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, ensuring informed decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the retail industry.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of omnichannel retail brands across European markets.
Skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to travel within Europe.
