You will be there to care and to maintain the client's safety and support with all activities of daily living.
He is quite sociable as he likes to be accompanied to the local gym as one of many various social activities that he likes to do in his community, helping him with his meal preparation and interacting with his family members.
This is a busy and rewarding role, which requires someone to be adaptable to any situation, be self-motivated; compassionate, kind, reliable and the ability to be resilient.
Qualifications Qualifications What you'll need to be a Support Worker at TCC                                           You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role.
We're more interested in your compassion and ability to care.
A willingness to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team as well as the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
A background in spinal injuries, ABI and administering medication would be advantageous and desirable.
