Key Stage 1 Teacher Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time Pay: £160-£210 per day Location: Cheshunt Job Type: Part Time, Ongoing About the role: Join a vibrant and inclusive community as a part-time KS1 Teacher at a large primary school with nearly 600 pupils.
You'll work collaboratively, sharing classes with another talented teacher and receiving assistance from a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA).
This role offers the perfect balance of responsibility and support, allowing you to bring your passion for teaching to life in a dynamic environment.
You'll inspire young learners, adapt lessons to suit a diverse classroom, and build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Application Requirements: We're looking for someone who: • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching in a KS1 setting and adapting to varying learning needs.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching.
• Values diversity and thrives in a multi-cultural environment.
• Is enthusiastic, dedicated, and ready to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning.
• Work collaboratively with another KS1 teacher to share responsibilities and ideas.
• Utilise the support of a Teaching Assistant to ensure every child feels seen and supported.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that celebrates each child's individuality.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, carers, and colleagues to support pupil progress.
