GE Vernova is looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to support a portfolio of projects in our Grid Solutions business.
Your main responsibility will be to support and develop the project management teams to deliver the portfolio of projects while adhering to GE processes and governance.

Job Description Role Overview We are looking for a Lead PMO (Project Management Office) & Risk / Opportunities Lead who will report directly to the PMO & Risk Regional Leader and Deputy Regional Leader in North and South Europe Region for Grid Systems Integration business in activities related to people, processes, tools, and risks.
This person will have proactively interfacing internal stakeholders.
Candidate ready to work in presence at GEV office in Stafford UK with hybrid work: 3 days office and 2 days home in UK.
Roles and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the PMO & Risk leader, the main tasks of the person will be: Assist the Region in maintaining project Reviews governance, risk register and margin deviations.
Provide support to tools and process implementation, for the use of Project Management community.
Participate to Financial and project progress meetings.
Communicate and liaise with Project team, Contract Manager, Planner, Site Manager, Local Project team, Global Central team, in accordance with action plan set by the PMO & Risk Leader.
Consolidate, report, and improve the project Key Performance Indicators, monthly review, participate setting actions and follow up.
Supporting to implement best practices and Lessons Learned.
Support in the Project management Certification Process (internal).
Support in the arrangement of the PMO events / meetings.
Support the Onboarding of new Employees.
Required Qualifications: Have a Bachelor Degree.
Engineering, Finance and Accounting or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in PMO and Risk in large infrastructure/energy project.
Knowledge of main financial KPIs (Sales / Margin / Cashflow or equivalent knowledge or experience).
Good level to work with Office Package (good level of Excel required).
Strong communication skills.
Desired Characteristics: Project Management Certification Curiosity, appetite to learn.
